A. It is a fan club of Karakuri creation group, which is group of craftsmen who make Karakuri Boxes.

Q. How long will it take to be delivered?
A. Basically, it takes 2 weeks to be delivered after we confirm your payment is completed.

Q. What shipping method do you use?
A. We usually use EMS for shipping.

Q. Can I get gift wrapping service?
A. We don't have the service.

Q. When will sold out items become available?
A. We can't give you a clear answer about it since it takes a lot of time and needs delicate work to produce our items.
Futhermore, even if production is underway, something unspectable causes stopping production.
We'll give notice about stock on Instagram when those items are restocked. Please check it and our web shop regularly.
