Any taxes of your country ARE NOT included in total charge. We DO NOT pay them.

●Payment methods
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. Each payment process after you make order is different.
・Credit card→ Once you make order, you will be charged through your credit card.
・PayPal→ Once you make order, we'll send you invoice through PayPal.

●Shipping
If your package is returned to us because of customer's circumstances, we may charge shipping fee for return.
Please be sure to contact us in advance in case you are away for a long time.

●Our items
・Solution card is included with all items.
・Due to the use of natural wood, the color and grain may differ from the image and there may be knots etc. We hope you love them as its personality.
・Design, specifications and prices can be changed without notice.

●Sold out items
We'll give notice on our Instagram in case they are restocked. We don't inform individually about it. Please check it or our web shop regularly.

●Return and exchange policy
We DO NOT accept any request for return and exchange due to your personal preference and circumstances.
But in case the item is originally defective or damaged, we'll accept your request. Please make sure to contact us within 1 week after your works arrive. If you don't contact us within 1 week, we ARE NOT responsible for your item(s).

・Strong magnets may be included in some products. Magnets could have an effect on electronic and medical devices.
・Children should play under adult supervision.
・To keep tricks work properly, please avoid putting under direct sunlight or near air conditioning because it's not good for wood to be under such situations: high heat, humidity or extremely dry areas.
