How to apply for lottery sale

For only Karakuri club members, we hold lottery sale several times for the new items.
If you're not a member and you wish to participate in, please become a member.

◆Cautions◆

・Condition for participation in lottery
You need to be a Karakuri club member.
In case you're not a member, please apply for membership first and pay admission/renewal fee by deadline for application for lottery sale. If your the payment is not completed by the deadline, you can't apply for lottery sale.

・Cancellation for won items
We DO NOT accept any cancellations for won item(s) after lottery is over: You have to purchase all items you won.
And also, we DO NOT accept any cancellations for the specific won item(s).

・Shipping of non-lottery sale items
If you ordered both lottery sale items and non-lottery sale items, we'll send them together after lottery is over.
*If you don't win, we'll ship non-lottery sale items only.

・Payment
We'll charge for only won item(s).
In case you lose, we'll refund the value of lost item(s).
*It is possible that it takes a few weeks or more to be refunded depending on the type of your credit card.

・Resale
If we find that our works are put in an auction for commercial purposes, we may remove the resaler's membership.

◆How to apply◆

Please make an order as usual on our web shop by deadline of application.
Making order means your application for lottery.
In case you win, we'll inform you the result after lottery is over.
*In case you win nothing, there's no email to you.

◆Process of the payment◆

If you win = We will charge for only won items.
If you lose = We will cancel your payment and refund it.
